I Need to workout MORE!

I few weeks ago I was chilling backstage at the KJLH Gospel music celebration at Knott’s Berry Farm and had the pleasure of chilling with J.R. and Michelle Bonilla. These are two Christian artists who are in great physical shape. J.R. began passing this heavy dumbbell around (I don’t remember the weight) and challenging everyone in the room (including the ladies) to curl the weight as much as they could. Well it got around to me and DJ Heat’s turn and we…well I don’t want to give away the whole story watch the video below.

Ya’ll showed us mad love and we appreciated it, even though I was stuck on the 91 freeway for a hour and forty five minutes and didn’t get there until G-Notes was rockin’ “Take a picture” I had fun and I know God was glorified. I saw this movie with my daughter last week called Up if you don’t get a chance to catch it at the theater it’s worth the rental for the kids it’s some good family fun, real sad in the beginning but a good story.

Lakers Show Up!

Let’s GO LAKERS! Feels good to see everyone on the Lakers band wagon but I can’t blame them. I’ve been in L.A. all my life and there is nothing like spring time when the Lakers are in the playoffs! ONE MORE and let’s get ready for the parade.

Shout out to G-Notes, a good dude, he dropped a jewel on me back stage at The Nameless Fellowship event this pass Saturday. I’ll be rockin’ with him and DJ Morph this weekend it will be crazy don’t miss it!
